100-Word Challenge, Day 001


“Stupid bastard.” That was all Julia said as she kicked David’s unconscious form into the gutter. Her lips curled into a sneer of contempt as she spit on him and turned away. Personally I thought it a little overdramatic, but to be fair, David was in fact a stupid bastard.

“Let’s get out of here before Eli comes back and get’s all mental on us,” I suggested. Eli was a good kid, but he tended to panic when things got bad, which is why he normally didn’t get to hang out with us at night.

“Sounds good to me babe.”
