Whole Foods Countdown: 28 Days Remaining


 

Daily Food Intake
Breakfast: 16 oz coffee w/ flavored creamer
AM Snack: small gala apple
Lunch: Rotini ala Vodka
PM Snack: Large Cutie, 12oz V-8
Dinner: Shrimp w/ Garlic Qinoa and broiled Zuchini
Desert:  Large Cutie and dry roasted peanuts

 

 

 

 

 

 

This morning I woke up with a headache and felt groggy and irritable. I can’t really say this is different from most mornings. By ten-thirty I was starving and ate my snack. I was hungry in the afternoon, but I think a lot of that had to do with my not having any water to drink (left my bottle in the car and too busy to go get it). Dinner was excellent and light enough that when I went to karate fifteen minutes later I didn’t feel weighed down or sick while exercising (outside of the muscle ache I was already struggling with). I was hungry when I got home so I had my “desert.” Sll in sll it was a decent day.
