Whole Foods Countdown: 26 Days Remaining

Daily Food Intake
Breakfast apple cinnamon cheerios, 16oz of coffee with flavored creamer
AM Snack None
Lunch Chicken Gizards, mac and cheese, coleslaw, hushpuppies
PM Snack chicken strip and huspuppies
Dinner chickpe salad and an orange


I woke up this morning a little hard, and felt a little irritable. The morning was long and I was not able to eat again until after 1PM. I ate poorly, but I loved every minute of it. The fried food tasted great and was filling, but it sat heavy in my stomach. When I went to karate tonight I could tell that I had not eaten well during the day. I felt sluggish and weak and I know that my lunch choice made the difference in how I felt. I won’t be doing that again.
